Last Thursday, we took our latest OSHA 30 cohort on an exciting field trip to visit our esteemed partner Kaplan Construction. It was an unforgettable day filled with learning, inspiration, and the opportunity to witness the construction of a new senior development right from the ground up.

As our cohort arrived at the construction site, we couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. Donning our official Conrad Builds swag gear, we were welcomed by the dedicated team at Kaplan Construction, led by its owners, Nate and Ms. Kaplan Peck. The tour began, and we were immediately captivated by the scale and intricacy of the project. It was indeed a sight to behold.

This field trip held immense significance for our students, who are diligently working towards becoming skilled professionals in the construction industry. Witnessing a construction site firsthand, observing the processes, and interacting with owners like Nate and Ms. Kaplan Peck provided an unparalleled learning experience.
